I agree to follow safe sleeping practices in line with RedNose Australia SIDS recommendations. I agree to check with my GP if my baby has any medical conditions, which prevent them from being sleep trained safely. I agree to disclose any medical conditions to Little ZZZ Sleep Consultant, which my baby has. I understand that my personalised sleep plan is meant for my baby or child and I only, and should not be shared with a third party. I acknowledge the information might not be suitable for another child. Any changes I make to my children’s sleeping or eating arrangements are my decision and Little ZZZ Sleep Consultant will only make suggestions for change, of which I am responsible for choosing to implement. It is my responsibility to send Little ZZZ Sleep Consultant the sleep log information through to her to be assessed for feedback as frequently as she suggests.
By joining the membership you are agreeing to only use the information for personal use. You are not to share your log in details or to share information with a third party. If you share your log in details your login access will be blocked.
Consultation Cancellations –
In Home Consultations-
Less than 48 hours prior to In home consultation will only be refunded 75% of the consultation fee and no refund for travel if it is a 4 or 6 hour consultation for more than 60 kms for Parkes. If In home consultation is rescheduled a fee of $30 will be charged and if travel is more than 60km from Parkes and is a 4 or 6 hour consultation travel may need to be paid again. Cancellations prior to 48 hours will be 90% refunded, 10% admin fee is non-refundable. If a personalised plan has already been sent out and the In home consultation is not rescheduled a $60 fee will be charged
Phone Consultation –
Less than 12 hours prior to Phone consultation schedule date will only be refunded 75% of the consultation fee. If the Phone call is rescheduled a $15 fee will be charged. Cancellations prior to 48 hours will be 90% refunded, 10% admin fee is non refundable. If a personalised plan has already been sent out and the phone call is not rescheduled a $60 fee will be charged
Coffee Group Chat
Cancellations for a coffee group chat less than 24 hours of the schedule date will not be refunded. Less than 48 but more than 24 hours will be refunded 50% of the consultation fee. Cancellations prior to 48 hours will be 90% refunded, 10% admin fee is non refundable.
Once being sent the plan for an email and phone consultations you have 14 days to start your support time. In Home consultations will start from the next business day after your in home consultation. With all consultations you have the option to put the support time on hold for up 14 days. If you do not re instate the support time within 14 days you will be charged an additional $35 for me to update your plan.
Centre Educations Sessions
Dates are confirmed once payments are made. If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice you will get a 50% refund of actual session and no refund on travel. If more than 48 hours but less then 1 weeks notice of cancelation is given you will receive a 50% refund of travel and 80% on the course. If 1 weeks notice is given you will receive a refund of 80% of the travel cost and 70% of course fees. If 2 weeks notice is given you will receive a full refund on travel and 80% of course. 20% is kept for admin fees. If you need to reschedule this may be subject to a fee or needing to pay extra travel depending on the amount of notice given.
