What fun activities can I do with my baby?

Spending time with your little one can be one of the most rewarding experiences, but sometimes it can be challenging to come up with new activities to do with your baby. Here are some fun activities to do at home with your baby:

Sensory Play –

Sensory play is a great way to stimulate your baby’s senses and encourage exploration. You can fill a bin with different textures such as rice, beans, or water, and let your baby explore with their hands and feet. You can also add toys like rubber ducks or spoons and cups to make it more interesting.

Baby Yoga –

Baby yoga is a great way to bond with your baby while also promoting relaxation and flexibility. You can find baby yoga videos online or attend a class in your area.Singing and Dancing – Pick your baby’s favorite songs and dance around the room with them. This is a great way to bond with your baby and promote movement.

Reading –

Reading to your baby is a great way to promote language development and bonding. You can choose colorful board books or picture books with simple stories.

No Mess Paint –

Painting is good fun, but it can also be messy. A great way for your little one to enjoy the texture without the mess is to put paint in zip log backs. If you want add extra learning put 2 primary colours in together and watch the colours mix. Then tape the bags on the floor or on a door and allow your little one to explore.

Music Time –

Using things you find around the house, mostly the kitchen allow then make music. It is great to explore the different sounds that come from different object.

Ice Cold –

This is a fantastic on the hot weather. Put a couple of toys in water and freeze them. Once frozen give to your child with a paint brush. The can slowly mine them out.
