Over the weekend I took sometime out, away from my little ones and from all the house hold stuff and spent some time with some amazing women. It recharged my batteries, and I was thinking how often do we as parents really take time out to care for ourselves and how important it really is. If we don’t care for ourselves not only physically but emotionally how do we care for our little ones without getting run down and overwhelmed.

So I am setting a challenge take some time over the next week to do something just for you….. it can be anything from grabbing a coffee on your own, popping on a face mask once the kids go to bed, spending a whole day out on your own…. make it as big or small as you like but take some time to care for you!
