Where am I located?

I am located in Parkes NSW. Travel up to 35 km is included in the price or all in home consultations.

What consultations do you offer?

I offer email, phone and in home consultations. I also offer one off phone calls, coffee group chats, preschool chats and  newborn ready. I am happy to chat to you about other ways I can support you and your family.

How far will you travel for an in home consultation?

I am happy to travel to however far you need me, there will be a fee for more than 35 kms from Parkes. I have travelled to Orange, Bathurst, Dubbo and Forbes many time. If you are unsure just ask.

How do I book a consultation?

What Happens Once I book a consultation?

Once the you have purchased the consultation through the online shop or through contacting me you will receive an intake form. This is a google docs with questions to tell me all about the sleep problems you are having, your family, your child and how I can best support you.  Once I have this back I will get started on your personalised plan. If you have booked a phone consultation we will then book in our first phone call.

At what age can I start sleep training?

Depending on what you want to achieve. If you want help with settling, cat napping we can start from 3 weeks. If you would like help with a routine I recommend waiting until 4.5 months.  For help with night waking this varies depending on what is causing the waking. The best way to find out is to contact me. If I don’t think you are at the right age I will tell you, I will always be honest about what we can achieve.
