This consult includes:
A comprehensive sleep assessment done,
a Personalised holistic sleep plan, and
2 weeks of daily email or whatsapp support.
I am able to work with your family to provide a plan that is guided by your parenting style. This consult is for 5 month olds to 5 year old’s. I can help with naps, night waking, routines, self settling, early morning wake up and so much more.
Once you have booked you will get an email to complete an intake form. Once I get the form back I will get started on your personalised plan.
